Hi Everybody,
Iam back to Us now. Still haven't a got a job. So i made up my mind to do something else. Now recently I created a website called www.tastycooks.com. The theme of the site is to bookmark all the recipes so that whenever you are away of ur system you still can access your bookmarks and can even add new links to it. My husband is really helping me out with this work. The unique idea about my site is I've introduced a new concept called mapview ( see this on the right side of the page) which means when you bookmark a link you can also click on the world map from which country that recipe belongs to. By doing so, you can discover new recipes by clicking on each country. If you happen to read this blog, please visit my site and do give me your suggestions too.

Mystery of an ancient wonder

Do you know that the Hanging garden of Babylon which is said to be an ancient wonder never existed!According to the ancient historians the garden was built on the bank of a river near baghdad,Iraq.The ancient Greek sources claims that the garden had many exotic trees and plants which was cultivated on the multi level terrace or balcony. In truth, none of the historians who wrote about the beauty of the magnificent garden never saw it. According to the reasearch, it is concluded that the garden existed only on the minds of greek poets and historians!

My Life in United States!

This is an anecdote of my school life and the difference it has brought into my life. I came to United States in dec'2001 as soon as i got married. Well, i didnt know much about anything. Everything my eyes saw was new to me. I had more troubles with many things, the top most was the language and acclimatizing. Eventually, i got rid of all my troubles. It wasn't as easy as i write though. I still have a vivid recollection of my bitter experiences and incidents i have faced, perhaps i can write a separate blog for those. I found myself lost in this gaint country. Days passed and i didnt have much planning nor any aims. My better half encouraged me to discover myself. He helped me way beyond you can except from a normal husband, for which i can write a separate blog again. Indeed i would like to keep it personal. After recovering from all my weakness, here i am as a recently graduated student and presently looking for jobs. I would say my school days was a memorable one. I had my weekly tension (HomeWork) which kept me busy all the time. I remember cursing my teachers for loading us with homeworks and projects which i would often entitle it as burdens. I would say, my two years of hardwork is worth my life. All this three years of my life experience has taught me more which i would tell my kids one day and boost them with confidence. I hope and pray for a happy life ahead, and will talk to you shortly in my next blog.

Happy day with my friends !

Today, I hosted a get together at my place , two of my close friends showed up where as another friend couldn't make it because of viral fever. Nevertheless, we had enough fun . I bet ya, it will make our conference lively for another week. We all were dressed up in our traditional dress and looked good. Three of us, made yummy foods. Well, I've to mention a fact that all my friends are good cooks, particularly one is a paragon of cooking. The menu was, Mutton, chicken and shrimp gravy. All vegetarians please forgive us!. After, having a heavy lunch we strecthed our legs and immediately ,we started planning for next week. Well, god has given so many good things in all our lives and among those comes the good friends. If we take time to cherish and appreciate all those things and the effects made by them, we would feel like we are in a wonderland. I appreciate my friends for the help they did today and i am looking forward for many good happenings to occur with their company . I consider this day to be a memorable one.

Secret of my plants growth!

Hey are you unlucky with plants? Is your plants, still dying inspite of regular watering and feeding them with nutritious food ? No worries ! Here is the remedy for that problem. Once i had a rose plant which wasn't growing properly my friend said," treat your plant like your buddy, whisper to them as they can hear us". Though, it was hard to beleive indeed i followed her suggestion. Every pleasant morning, i talked to them. Suprisingly, it started flowering and it gave me a small beautiful rose on my B-day. Well, what should i conclude from this????? Yes, i would like to say it is something divine . Try it out !!!
